As a registered charity, Osteoporosis Dorset relies heavily on the generosity of the public to help fund their services.

We continually need to raise funds and really appreciate your support. The charity is dedicated to improving the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Your support can help us make a difference to people's lives today and in the future.

Your donation to the charity supports our efforts to:

  • Drive improvements in the education and training of health professionals in the field of falls and fracture prevention through the provision of free events.
  • Provide free, high quality, appropriate and accessible information for people affected by osteoporosis to make a difference to their lives and enhance their ability to live independently. Over 1,000 people have attended events in the last 12 months. Peer support is provided by our network of caring Bone Health Groups.
  • Develop a range of appropriate information materials to inform diverse audiences.

Leave a gift in your will

A gift in your will, whatever the size, could help us win the fight against osteoporosis.

Here at Osteoporosis Dorset we understand that your loved ones come first and foremost when deciding who to provide for in your will. We wouldn't want it any other way.

However, having a will is also a wonderful opportunity to help and remember a cause that you feel strongly about.

A gift to Osteoporosis Dorset in your will, no matter how big or small, will help us to continue to provide our expert support and information to people across Dorset.

With your help, we can help us make a difference to people's lives today and in the future.
